My favorite pasttime is unlocking the human truths that make brands magnetic. I turned Knorr stock cubes into a viral dating phenomenon and got a challenger bank to win customers by "apologizing" to competitors for being everyone's favorite.​​

Born in London, raised in Berlin during its creative renaissance, and now leading brand strategy in San Francisco; I've earned 7 Effies by finding the cultural tensions that transform brands - from making classical ballet irresistible to Gen Z to turning long-term investments into cultural phenomena.
